Students are expected to reach school 10 minutes before the morning assembly. |

Students are not allowed to use self-driven scooter/car/motorcycle to school. |

Bus Monitors are responsible for maintaining an orderly behaviour and checking of bus passes. No student using the school bus is allowed to change the route to suit family programmes. Such an action on part of any student can call for disciplinary action. |

Students who expect to return home late from school must inform their parents in advance. |

No student should report to the sick-room without a written permission from class teacher / subject teacher. |

No student should leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the Principal / Headmistress / Supervisors. Violation of this rule will lead to suspension. |

Students are not allowed to make phone calls except in an emergency; students are not allowed to receive visitors in school. |

School fee slips given quarterly / monthly should be handed over to parents the same day. A fine of Rs.10 will be charged for the loss of the same. |

Students must obey the monitors and maintain discipline at all times. |

The school reserves the right to suspend or take appropriate disciplinary action against students who are lacking in diligence or whose progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory. Neglect of homework and irregular attendance will invite disciplinary action. |

The Principal reserves the right to rusticate a student whose conduct/ behaviour is found harmful to others. |

Running and shouting in an undisciplined manner in the school building or school premises is not allowed. While using the staircase or corridors, students must keep to the left. Always give tight of passage to teachers and elders. |

Eating on the staircases / classrooms / corridors is severely discouraged. |

Bringing more than Rs. 20/- per day as pocket money is discouraged. |

Students should care for the school property. Any breakage of furniture/ fittings should be promptly reported to the class teacher. Students must not disfigure walls or woodwork. The cost of repair for deliberate damage to school property will be recovered from the students concerned. |

No collection of money or articles for any purpose may be done in the school without the permission of the Principal. |

Students should not take part in any public shows or competitions unless approved by the Principal. |

It is compulsory for every student to go for Excursions (to nature parks, historical monuments, museums, archives etc ) organized (Class wise) by the school. Excursions/outings/tours may be organized only with the approval of the Principal. Members of the staff shall always accompany the students. |

Students should not receive private coaching / tuitions from LPS teachers without the prior permission of the Principal. |

Students celebrating their birthdays should not distribute expensive gift. They may distribute sweets only. |

No student is allowed to offer expensive gifts of any kind to friends on any occasion. 22.Students are not allowed to offer gifts to their teachers. |

Junior students should be treated with love and affection by the seniors while the juniors should be respectful towards their seniors. |

The following will invite disciplinary action:
* Habitual late coming.
* Missing without reason, any teaching/ game/ activity period, whether a teacher is present or not.
* Loitering aimlessly in the corridors and grounds during regular school hours.
* Creating disturbance and shouting between periods.
* Visiting the canteen during class hours. |
