Dear Parent,

It gives me great pleasure in inviting you and your spouse for the Citation & Graduation ceremony function for the outgoing Class XII students of the school on Saturday 10 th Feb. 2007 Inviting card is enclosed. This is a very solemn occasion for you when the citation of your ward will be read out in the presence of large number of students, teachers, parents and other invited for this grand function.

This invitation is for you and your spouse only. You are also requested to stay on for the dinner after the function. Please make it convenient to be seated by 5.30 P.M. sharp.

This is to inform you that the OPEN DAY of the Classes X & XII will be held on Tuesday 6th February 2007 from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m to discuss the academic performance of your child in Pre-Board examination.

You are requested to please make it convenient to attend the Open Day.

I am glad to inform you that the Annual Winter Carnival 2006 of the School is being held on Sunday 17th December 2006 from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. I would be grateful if you could kindly find some time to be with us and enjoy the festivities alongwith your family.

We would really feel honoured to have with us on this occasion. It may please be noted that the gates of the school will be closed at 5.30 p.m. and no entry will be permitted thereafter. The gates will open only after the function is over. The school will remain closed on Monday, the 18th December 2006.

Circular for participants (Classes Nursery and KG)

You are cordially invited to School’s Annual Day and Sports Bonanza to held in the school premises on Sunday, the 26th November, 2006. Your gracious presence will greatly encourage many students participating in the event. Kindly take note of the following :-

For the participants in the kiddies Fun Parade

1. Children will get their costumes on Friday, 24th November and carry them home.
2. They will wear this parade costumes from home under their school track suits.
3. They must apply little foundation , blush on and a light lipstick from home.
4. Their track suits and shoes should have a name tag.
5. Parents should ensure that for the parade, children are not wearing any religious pendants etc around their neck.
6. Children may be collected from their respective class rooms after the event is over only by parents.

Dear Parent,

This is to inform you that the Annual Day of the school is being held on 26th November, 2006 from 9:00 am onward. The students who are participating in the annual day events or are prize winners are to attend school on Saturday, 25th November, 2006 and Sunday, 26th November, 2006 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Buses will ply as usual on Saturday, 25th November, 2006 and in the morning only on Sunday, the 26th November, 2006. There are no buses in the afternoon on Sunday, the 26th November, 2006 .

The school will remain closed on Monday, 27th November 2006.

Dear Parent,

Circular for Classes Nursery , KG, I to VI

Kindly take careful note of the change in schedule and other arrangements being made for Annual Sports Day and Cultural Bonanza on Sunday, the 26th November, 2006. Children from Junior school are participating in 3 different events. They must attend school on Saturday, 25th November, 2006for final rehearsal and Sunday, 26th November, 2006 for Annual Function.

However children who are not participating in any event are not expected to attend the school on Saturday, 25th November, 2006. Buses will ply as usual on Saturday, 25th November, 2006 and in the morning only on Sunday, the 26th November, 2006. There are no buses in the afternoon on Sunday, the 26th November, 2006 .

Children from Nursery to IInd will depart at 12:30 pm and the rest from III to XII at 2:00 pm. Please collect your child accordingly from the school or bus stop.

The school will remain closed on Monday, 27th November 2006.
