Laxman Public School observed Sewa Day (on
the occasion of the birthday of Dada J P Vaswani) on 1st August.
Mrs Usha Ram, Principal says that it is a day which is dedicated
only to service. On this day the students are sensitized towards
the underprivileged and the suffering. The students contribute at

The entire school is involved on this day to make the programme
a success. In the morning assembly the students presented a skit
highlighting the spirit of kindness, compassion, flexibility, tolerance
and fairness in the day to day life. The children of classes I and
II feed the birds and rabbits. A group of students from different
classes distributed toys and magazines to the sick children of the
Pediatrics ward in AIIMS. Students of classes V to VI along with

Fruit and biscuits was distributed by the students at NAB (National
