Dear Parent,
As you are already aware that due to the construction of
Metro Station in front of
the school immense traffic problems are being faced both in the
morning and afternoon.
Subsequent to the closure of the front road of the school by Metro
authorities, dropping and picking of children has stepped up the
problem further. If a single entry gate is provided, school buses
and personal vehicles will face acute traffic problems in
transporting children. Though the School Management is taking
absolute care, it is primary duty of all of us to ensure about the
safety and security of our children without any compromise.
It is requested that your presence and participation will be
required at any time even in short notice to ensure and protect
the safety of our children.

It may be noted that the student
will not be allowed to attend the school without being accompanied by his/her
father/mother on reporting to school after the absence.
