Dear Parent,

As you are already aware that due to the construction of Metro Station in front of the school immense traffic problems are being faced both in the morning and afternoon.

Subsequent to the closure of the front road of the school by Metro authorities, dropping and picking of children has stepped up the problem further. If a single entry gate is provided, school buses and personal vehicles will face acute traffic problems in transporting children. Though the School Management is taking absolute care, it is primary duty of all of us to ensure about the safety and security of our children without any compromise.

It is requested that your presence and participation will be required at any time even in short notice to ensure and protect the safety of our children.

This is creating a very big traffic problem especially in the morning and afternoons i.e. school opening/closing time. To overcome traffic problems and also to ensure the safety and security of children, parents are requested to kindly help / cooperate with us by adopting the following guidelines:

• No stopping / waiting in front of the School.
• No Parking in front of the School.
• Pooling of cars as much as possible.
• Adopting / maintaining one way traffic direction from outer ring road towards Hauz Khas.

Many children are using Vans/ RTVs. Parents may please instruct the drivers to also maintain the above guidelines and NOT to park their vehicles around the school premises, which may otherwise be towed away. Your coorperation will be highly appreciated.
